Self-esteem can influence your mental well-being and the quality of your life.

Self-esteem can be defined as how much you appreciate yourself regardless of challenges.

It’s your sense of belonging whether it is high or low.

Having a healthy self-esteem is very important else it will be problematic if not balanced.

Research found out that about 89% of persons suffer from depression as a result of low self-esteem.

Causes of low self-esteem are poor performance at work, feeling unloved, low level of motivation and interest, body shamming and trauma.

It is important you develop a high self-esteem, although if not checked and controlled, may lead to pride.

As you transform your life, work towards a high self-esteem.
Believe in yourself, love yourself. Accept your flaws cause no one is perfect.

Change the way you think. Think positively always.

Build your self-confidence. Don’t try to compare yourself to others. Always celebrate the small victories you achieve.

A healthy self-esteem is best. It can motivate you to reach your goals and have a healthy relationship with others.

With a healthy self-esteem, success will be certain for you in most things that you do, but you shouldn’t believe that you can’t fail.

Therefore, there’s a need to prepare your mind for failure in something you do.
Remember! Failure is a part of the process and journey to greatness.
